Can you tell if the ActiveX is installed for IE?

Have you tried accessing the camera using the iPad and the local IP Address and port for the camera?

Yes and Yes. I use ActiveX in IE to get into config, everything seems normal but just have black screen. When I try to login to the address via iPad it does not say connect success like it used to

What kind of virus software are you using?

You can try this Interface to verify if the camera can send images:

I appreciate all the help so far but the generic ip viewer did not work and was not optimistic about it since again I cannot view on my iPad. Since it is a network cam and I use iPad or iPhone (in addition to IE or Chrome) there is no Anti virus issues.....but guess what anyway? I dont use an AV....believe it or not....thx

I would contact the seller to see how to proceed. If the seller is Foscam.us, please see this:
