Can't Connect Over Internet

Since we switched from AT&T DSL to AT&T Uverse, we can't connect to our F18910W over the internet. I have followed the port forwarding instructions for the 2Wire modem/router. In Camera Status the DNS shows successful. The UPnP shows failed:Errors in chat with UPnP Device. The camera will still send motion detection alerts to my e-mail, but cannot be accessed over the internet. In the port forwarding instructions on your site it says I should be able to access the camera by using the public ip address and the port. That doesn't work. I can access the camera using the IP Camera Tool. I can't access the camera by entering the DNS address and port. Please help. Thank you.
