Not sure any more troubleshooting would be worth the time in this case.

As one example, is this were also the case here. It might be still possible to get a strong signal with the camera near the Router/AP:

So, most likely unless this person would like to tinker with the inside of the camera? They would be better off to get a RMA# from Foscam Customer Service and get a replacement camera. ASAP.

It's important to note, that this camera WAS working just fine in the past, where the camera was located and only recently failed to do the same.
