FI8910W-can not connect wireless

Using a Verizon MI424WR router. I can connect with cable but not wireless. When it is connected I can see the camera through out the house on my LAN. Camera settings; I can see my LAN when I scan. I select it. Everything gets filled in correctly on my page. I added my share key. Antenna is 10 ft from router.I have read all the literature I can find and can not figure out what is wrong. Have enabled DHCP and disabled MAC.
Anyone help?

Pls disconnect the cable in several seconds after the camera starts rebooting.
Pls change another wireless channel to try.
And what is your camera's current firmware version?

I have the same VERIZON router and the same camera, having the same problem. It works fine when wired direct. It will not connect wirelessly. When I have it connected directly to the router, I can try to set up wireless network, it finds the home SSID, but when I click on the SSID, it does not fill in anything. If I manually fill it in, it still does not connect wirelessly. I tried rebooting and pulling the ethernet cable out at various times, no luck. It simply does not work in wireless mode. Should I return this darn thing?? Please HELP I'm tired of tinkering here.

What is your camera's firmware version?
Have you upgraded it?
If yes,what is the prior firmware version?
Could you pls send the bottom pic of your camera with stickers on it?

I was just having the same trouble with my FIOS router. I had to configure the camera. Unplug it and then reboot the router and then it showed up in the Camera Tool. Hope that helps.
