I seem to have an issue.
I can only see 1/4 of the image.

Is the CMOS sensor broken?

This is a 9821W connected via Ethernet cable.

System Firmware
App Firmware

Camera has been running with these settings for over a year without any problems

SO was there ever a fix for the FTP not letting go of the server??

I can still only upload about 15 videos before my FTP tells me I have to many devices connected and have to have my ISP kill my FTP connections to get it working again only for the problem to repeat itself.

whats the point of the FTP option if it doesn't work?????????
