Does the camera show up when using the IP Camera finder tool?

Can you still logon using the cameras web interface?

No, I can not log in because the camera does not appear and do not know how .

Please try using the reset button on the bottom of the camera for indoor camera models ("You can use a bent paperclip to do this if needed") or for outdoor camera models please use the reset button on the wiring harness. Holding it down for 20 seconds, while the camera is powered on.

Afterwards, you will need to connect your camera to your Router/AP using a Ethernet cable. Because the camera will be set to factory defaults, as if it just came out of the box. So you will need to completely reconfigure the camera as well.

Default user: admin
Default password: blank/none/empty

Once the hard reset is done. You will need to use the IP Camera Finder which can be downloaded below to determine. What local IP Address and port are assigned to the camera:

Windows: http://foscam.us/downloads/SearchTool_Win_v1.0.0.5.zip

Mac: http://foscam.us/downloads/SearchTool_Mac_V1.0.0.3.zip

What happens now? Can you see the camera with the IP Camera tool?

Please contact your seller to see how they say to proceed.
