Mac OS and Chrome Plugin
Hi all,
I'm on a Mac running Mac OS 10.8.2, and my default browser is Google Chrome (version 23.0.1271.101). When I connect to my FI9821W cameras in Chrome, it says "Plugins are not found, Click me to download". However, I've downloaded the plugin, and manually added it to the Extensions tab, and it's Enabled. I've even removed it and reinstalled it, rebooted the browser and the computer, but it still says that it's misisng the plugin. How do I resolve this issue?
The plugin works in Safari, and I can connect to and view the camera.
Thanks,
Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Please only use Safari to login the FI9821W on Mac. Thank you.
