Replacement Lens for FI8910W ???

The lens that comes with the FI8910W is 3.6mm. This is okay, but I would rather have a 6mm lens to get a better picture further away. Is this a standard lens? Can it be replaced with one of the standard "board lens" from eBay?

Yes,you can change to 6mm lens,but the visual angle will be narrower.

Can you tell me which lens is compatible with the 8910 camera? Does it have to be a special lens for the IR-cut to continue working?

You should buy the lens without light filter,and you'd better try it on your camera before buying it in case it is not fit well.

It's too bad that Foscam email tech support just gives canned responses in their emails and they have no idea that this is possible.

Did it increase the clarity/sharpness at all?
