Price Quality I have been very pleased with this camera...being wireless I have been able to monitor basically my whole front yard for protection. Occasionally, I loose a signal...but its not the cameras fault rather the placement of my router. I am looking forward to buy another camera in the near future. Not very satisfied Review by Xevious22
Price Quality The first unit the sent me wasn't working on my mac (mostly the motion detection) After hours on the phone and sometimes no one answering the phone,the solution was to return it (at my expense) after two weeks I was sent a new one, right away the motion detection still did not work with an added bonus of the wireless networking not working. Again I spent hours on the phone with no one really seeming to know what to do. The gentleman from technical support said that H.264 motion detection was not supported with any other browser but IE, this is probably something they should mention in the product description instead of just saying mac compatible. I Was then told that the other JPEG camera support Mac motion detection. I tried for 30 minuted to call Sales but no one picked up. When I did get through sales seemed very confused about how to process anything. My suggestion would be to go with another company because this one seems to be very disorganized (Posted on 8/13/12)

Great Overall H.264 Outdoor Camera! Review by Hoosierdaddy
Price Quality I bought several of these cameras. One of the benefits over the FI8905w model is that this camera supports the H.264 video codec, which greatly reduces network traffic, especially with more than a few cameras. I'm installing these for a client which needs 12 cameras total, and so far the installation has gone very well! Also, the camera ships with a 12V 2A DC power supply. Since I am running multiple cameras, I needed to find out exactly how much current this model produces. I found the on average the current draw was ~375 mA, without IR enabled. With IR enabled, the current draw was only around 575 mA. I suppose the FOSCAM engineering team got a good deal on the 2A supplies, but I think 1A supplies would have been more than enough. I am happy with these cameras overall, and the customer is as well! There is an occasional "image blur" on the Android IP Cam Viewer software, but I am not concerned about this, and I haven't finished installing the high-power wireless AP, which should help with the wireless signal quality.
