These are Foscam Digital Technologies LLC (“Foscam.us”, “we” or “our”) Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Foscam.us website.

• All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Foscam’s Customer Service via e-mail at sales@foscam.us.

• We offer RMA Replacement without any restocking fee to support customers who have received a defective product. There is a restocking fee of 15% on all returns for refunds (RMA Refund). We charge this 15% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. This fee covers the cost of us shipping the product to you, as our shipping is always free. In addition, it covers the time and resources spent on repackaging and selling these returned items.

• Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
  • Any product not purchased from Foscam.us.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Foscam.us's Return Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Foscam.us. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently. Most products can be returned for either a Refund or for a Replacement of the same item. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. An item is not eligible for return after these 14 days. The restocking fee is ultimately deducted from the refund amount.

Three Easy Steps

Obtain an RMA for your item.

• Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. You can obtain an RMA number by contacting sales@foscam.us.

Send the product to Foscam.us.

• Once your RMA is issued, box the item up and send it to the address located within the e-mail that was sent to you by sales@foscam.us.


• We recommend using a courier who provides package tracking and basic insurance coverage.

RMA Resolution.

• Once we receive your package, it usually takes 2 - 5 business days to review and approve your RMA.


• If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once your RMA is approved. You will receive standard email updates for the replacement order, just as you would for a newly placed order. Be aware that an RMA for a replacement usually must be requested within 1 year upon receiving the product. Some items are backed by a 2 year warranty.


• If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once your RMA is approved. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method 3-5 business days later. The turnaround time for Refunds often depends on your bank’s policies for making the funds available to you. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. An item is not eligible for return after these 14 days. The restocking fee is ultimately deducted from the refund amount.


• The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5 - 8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2 - 5 business days for RMA processing and 2 - 3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items

If Foscam.us no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) Foscam.us can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) Foscam.us can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.

Quantity Purchases

While Foscam.us is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
